Good For You Frappuccino

August 21, 2014 by Jackie Vega, RDN

I am human too and with a home-based business, two kids and all things that come along with family life, I need my pick-me-up, too.  At the same time, I value nutrient density.  Here comes my good for you frappuccino.  In recent years I found Juice Plus+ Complete and have fallen absolutely in love the taste and the ingredients.   It is all natural, nothing artificial, gluten-free, dairy-free and is low glycemic.  Its blend of ancient grains is amazing! It contains amaranth, quinoa and millet.  It also contains pumpkin, pomegranate, yucca and spirulina.  The chocolate is just devine and is even great tasting just as itself in a shaker bottle with water.

How’s that for fast food?

There is something beautiful in coffee beans.  Did you know that if you have smelled something bad and want to get the scent sensation (per se) out of your nose, you can fix it by smelling coffee beans? Yup! A former employee taught me that during my time of managing a doctors office.  I have also seen this at perfume counters in department stores.
