Do you cringe at the thought of figuring out yet another way to get more greens into your diet? And what about your family? Are they rolling their eyes over your newest “greens” concoction? Yeah. I know what you mean. My family can be a tough crowd sometimes! But it’s super important to get them into your diet for general health and wellness.

I may have a solution that even your kids might like! You’ll thank me later. I have been given a new Blendtec Designer 625 and I. Am. In. LOVE! So get going and check out this lemonade that both my kiddos have approved of. This is a delicious way to get in your greens!

Jackie is a Registered Dietitian and ACE certified personal trainer.
