Being on a diet seems to be “the thing” when I am in the moms groups or just chatting with girlfriends. No matter what changes we are making with our own food choices or fitness regimes, we need to remember that it’s critical to focus on family changes when concerned about weight loss in children.
As you may know, I am the meal plan developer at Super Healthy Kids. In addition, there was a time I had been contributing to their blog content. Now, I have other fun things going on with the meal planning as well as the growth I am gradually working on over here, on my own blog.
